Neither we nor our shipping partners are responsible for any loss or damage if you authorize the courier to leave your order with a third party or at an unattended location specified by you.
If you find any issues with order, please contact us within 48 hours. In case of damage, kindly take photos of the box (all six sides), as well as the final product (videos are also helpful in the case of a functionality issue).

We do provide worldwide shipping. As is the case with most international packages, delivery can take a while as packages have to go through customs.

On average, it takes us 2-5 business days to process an order. Orders are shipped every Thursday and Friday.

We package each order ourselves, making sure that everybody gets exactly what they purchased. But, if your order slips through the cracks, please reach out to us so that we can make the situation right!
If you receive a damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the packaging is damaged, please attach photos to the email. Depending on availability, a replacement or refund may be issued.
